How wedding guest photo sharing works
Guests scan a QR code or tap a link, choose or take photos and videos in their phone's browser, and upload directly, no app and no account. The couple then views, downloads, hides, or deletes anything from their dashboard.
1. Create a gallery
Set up your gallery and choose a plan, from the free Demo to Unlimited. Aisleful generates a shareable link and a QR code for your gallery straight away, no separate setup step.
2. Share with guests
Put the QR code somewhere guests will see it: on table cards, in the order of service, or by the guestbook. Aisleful's Print cards page turns it into a ready-to-print or save-as-PDF card with your own names, a message, and small print, no app and no account required on the guest's side.
3. Guests upload
A guest taps the link or scans the code, and it opens straight to the uploader in their phone's own browser. They choose or take photos and videos and upload them in a few taps. There's nothing to download and nothing to sign up for.
4. Relive the gallery
Every upload lands in one shared gallery, viewable and downloadable as it comes in. The couple can view, download, hide, or delete anything from their dashboard, and choose how long the gallery stays open: 6, 12, or 18 months, or forever.
