We didn't need more photos of us. We needed everyone else's view of the day.

On your wedding day you're wonderfully, completely busy. Between the photographer's schedule and your own two pairs of eyes, you only ever see one version of it. Before you create a gallery.

Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests open a link or scan a QR code in their phone's browser and upload directly. No app, no account, no login.
How long can guests upload photos for?
The free Demo accepts uploads for 14 days. Paid plans keep the upload link open and the gallery stored for as long as the plan stays active, up to forever on the Unlimited tier.
What happens to our photos when the storage period ends?
Unless the gallery is on the Forever plan, it's deleted within 30 days of the storage period ending, and we email in advance with the option to upgrade or extend first. Forever galleries never expire. See our data and privacy guide for the full picture.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. The Demo plan is free, no card needed: up to 10 guest photos, kept for 14 days, using the same link-and-QR upload flow as every paid plan. See the pricing guide for how it compares to other options.
Is Aisleful GDPR compliant?
Yes. Aisleful is UK GDPR compliant: the couple is the data controller of their guests' photos, and Aisleful acts as their data processor under a UK GDPR Article 28 agreement. All data is stored and processed in the UK. Read the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for the full terms.
